We provide FREE delivery with the white glove service you’ve come to expect from Mission. Just place your order and our trained Route Sales and Service Reps will deliver it directly to your door.

REBATES

RETURNS

Returns on BuyDirect are evaluated on a per‑order, per‑product basis. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and include all original packaging, documents, and instructions. Refunds are issued using the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS [FINAL SALE]

All Hotel/Room Linen products are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to: flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Any other linen products intended for hotel, lodging, or guest‑room use fall within this return policy. These items cannot be returned due to handling, hygiene, and product‑integrity requirements.
