George “Ben” Page founded Mission Linen Supply in 1930 in Santa Barbara, California. What started as a one-man linen and uniform rental business has grown into a company of 2,500 employees serving more than 40,000 businesses across the Western United States.
Today, Mission operates 43 plants and depots across California, Texas, Arizona, Oregon, and New Mexico — each one a local hub where our trucks load up and deliver directly to your door. BuyDirect is Mission’s online supply channel, giving you a fast, convenient way to order janitorial, food service, paper goods, and hospitality supplies with the same white-glove delivery service you’ve come to expect.

We provide free delivery with the white glove service you've come to expect from Mission. Place your order and our trained Route Sales and Service Reps will deliver it directly to your door.

Returns are evaluated on a per-order, per-product basis. To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and include all original packaging, documents, and instructions. Refunds are issued using the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
Non-returnable items (final sale)
All Hotel/Room Linen products are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, and washcloths. These items cannot be returned due to handling, hygiene, and product-integrity requirements.
